Biography
Sean A. Stinnett is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 41 since March 3, 2025. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, in October 1971, he is married with three children. Notable achievements include serving as Deputy Majority Whip , supporting legislation to raise Maryland's minimum wage from $15 to $25 per hour and eliminate subminimum wages during the 2026 session, and receiving awards such as the Governor's Service Award , Baltimore Weaver Award , and BmoreArt Transformer . He holds leadership roles including President of the West Arlington Improvement Association, Executive Director of Baltimore Clean Streets, and board member of the University of Maryland Greenbaum Comprehensive Cancer Center.
