Biography
Sean M. Lynn is a Democratic member of the Delaware House of Representatives, representing District 31 since 2014. A Dover native, he previously served on the Dover City Council from 2011 to 2014, focusing on open government and public safety issues. Notable achievements include managing the Patrick H. Lynn Scholarship Fund for local college-bound students, providing pro bono counsel for children through the Office of the Child Advocate, and volunteering with organizations like the Kent County SPCA and Children's Theatre. He currently serves on the House committees for Education, Judiciary, and Gaming & Parimutuels, and operates his own law firm as an attorney.
