Scott Wagner is a Republican member of the North Dakota House of Representatives, representing District 45 in Fargo alongside Carrie McLeod. He has served in the House since 2023 and previously was a Cass County Commissioner from 2000 to 2012. Wagner owns Wagner Window Cleaning LLC and received the NDACo Excellence in County Government Award, inducted into the Hall of Honor in 2021. He serves on the Budget Section and the House Rural Health Transformation Committee.
