Scott Moore is a Republican member of the South Dakota House of Representatives, representing District 23. Originally from Mission, South Dakota, he grew up in Kennebec and is an enrolled member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe. Prior to his current role, Moore had a distinguished career in Nebraska politics, including serving as a State Senator from the 24th District and as Nebraska's Secretary of State . Notable positions include membership on the House Education Committee and chair of the House Health and Human Services Committee.
