Scott Louser is a Republican representative for District 5 in the North Dakota House of Representatives, serving Minot since 2011. He is the broker/owner of NextHome Legendary Properties, previously served as the 2012 National Association of Realtors vice president, and currently serves on the Minot Public School Board. Notable leadership roles include House assistant majority leader, chairman of the Industry, Business and Labor Committee, and member of the Appropriations Committee. He has three children and announced his intent to seek reelection in 2026.
