Biography
Scott Lewis
Scott Lewis is a Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing District 14. Born on June 2, 1961, in Hartford, Kentucky, he is a Christian and has three children: Tori, Trevor, and Trey. Lewis has built a career in public service spanning education and law enforcement before entering the state legislature.
Education
Lewis holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisville and a Master of Arts in Education from Western Kentucky University. He also earned a Rank I certification from Western Kentucky University, the highest professional certification in Kentucky's education system.
Political Experience
Lewis has served as a Representative in the Kentucky House of Representatives for District 14 since 2019. He was reelected in 2024, defeating challenger Chanda Garner to retain his seat.
