Scott Heiner is a Republican member of the Wyoming House of Representatives, representing District 18 since January 2021. Born in Afton, Wyoming, he serves as Majority Leader of the Wyoming House, assuming the role on January 14, 2025, succeeding Chip Neiman. Heiner won his seat by narrowly defeating incumbent Thomas Crank in the 2020 Republican primary by ten votes after two prior challenges, then ran unopposed in the general election.
