Biography
C. Scott Grow is a Republican State Senator representing District 14 in Idaho. Born May 5, 1948, he is an Idaho native raised in Boise, now residing in Eagle. He was appointed to the Idaho State Senate on August 15, 2018, to fill a vacancy and is currently in his fifth term. A retired CPA, small business owner, business consultant, and investment advisor with over three decades of financial and tax expertise, he and his wife Rhonda raised their eight children in Meridian. Notable positions include Co-chair of the Joint Finance & Appropriations Committee , Vice Chair of the Senate Local Government & Taxation Committee, and member of the Economic Outlook and Revenue Assessment and Legislative Oversight committees. He advocates for conservative fiscal policies, lower taxes, quality jobs, education preparation, infrastructure improvements, Second Amendment rights, pro-life legislation, and limiting government overreach. He previously served two terms on the Meridian School Board , including as Board Chairman.
