Biography
Sarah Randall Crawford is a Democratic member of the North Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 66 since 2023. She previously served in the North Carolina Senate for District 18 from 2021 to 2023. As CEO of the Tammy Lynn Center for Developmental Disabilities in Wake County, she has focused her career on nonprofits in health, human services, and higher education, including prior roles like National Director at Single Stop to aid families' economic stability. Notable committee assignments include Appropriations, Health, Agriculture and Environment, Energy and Public Utilities, and Subcommittee on Health and Human Services. Raised in Wake County as the daughter of a public-school teacher and state employee, she lives in Raleigh with her husband Dan, two daughters , and four dogs; she has served on community boards including her church's Ministry Leadership Team and NCSU's School of Public and International Affairs Board of Advisors.
