Biography

Sam Low is a Republican representing Washington's 39th Legislative District in the state House of Representatives, covering parts of Snohomish and Skagit counties, including areas like Lake Stevens, Everett, Arlington, Darrington, Rockport, Sedro-Woolley, and Burlington. Born in 1970 and raised in Snohomish County, he spent his early years in Marysville before moving to Everett; he lives in Lake Stevens with his wife Mariah, five adult children , two horses, and dogs Auggie and Sarge. A former small business owner, basketball coach, teacher, and minister, Low is serving his second term in the House , while continuing as a Snohomish County Councilmember .
