Sally P. Kerans is a Democratic member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, representing the 13th Essex district, which includes parts of Danvers, Middleton, Peabody, and Topsfield. She previously served in the same district from 1991 to 1997 and returned to the role in January 2021.
