Biography
Sal N. DiDomenico is a Democrat representing the Middlesex and Suffolk District in the Massachusetts State Senate since May 2010. He serves communities including Charlestown, Chelsea, Everett, and parts of Cambridge. Born on June 20, 1971, in Cambridge, he resides in Everett with his wife Tricia and two children, Matthew and Sal. Notable achievements include serving as Assistant Majority Leader, Chair of the Senate Committee on Bills in the Third Reading, and Vice Chair of the Joint Committee on Education. He has authored landmark legislation on free school meals, early education, children's health, food insecurity, economic development, and public safety, earning recognition from over 60 organizations and selection as a 2015 Early Learning Fellow and 2020 Maternal and Child Health Fellow by the National Conference of State Legislatures.
