Biography
Ryan Warner is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing the 52nd Legislative District, which covers the northern half of Fayette County, including parts of Westmoreland County, such as the city of Connellsville and various townships and boroughs like Brownsville, Perryopolis, and Vanderbilt.
A native of Fayette County, Warner comes from a family that has operated a family farm and successful logging business for generations. He developed a strong work ethic working at the family sawmill from a young age and is married to Leslie, with whom he has two children: Paloma and Ben.
Warner is a vocal advocate for rural Pennsylvania, focusing on economic growth in energy and manufacturing sectors, fiscal responsibility in state budgets, and the Taxpayer Protection Act to limit spending growth via constitutional amendment. He chairs the PA Legislative Sportsmen's Caucus as an avid outdoorsman and addresses regional challenges like economic diversification from steel and coal, and combating the opioid epidemic.
Notable committee roles in the 2025-26 session include Republican chair of the Appropriations Subcommittee on Fiscal Policy, plus Consumer Protection, Technology and Utilities; Energy; and Gaming Oversight.
He was first elected in November 2014.
