Ryan S. Spiegel is a Democratic delegate representing District 17 in the Maryland House of Delegates, serving Montgomery County since July 6, 2023. Born July 6, 1978, he is a seasoned attorney and former Gaithersburg City Council member , where he served as Vice President in 2012, 2015, and 2018, and "Dean" of the Council from 2021-2023. Notable achievements include launching the Bank on Gaithersburg initiative to promote financial stability, securing funding for local projects in Rockville and Gaithersburg, and sponsoring legislation on financial opportunity, transportation, and underserved communities.
