Donald Ryan McCabe, Jr. is a Republican member of the South Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 96 in Lexington County since 2020. Born on April 9, 1973, in Columbia, he is an attorney with a varied practice serving as general counsel to community associations, construction companies, and property management firms, and handling trust, estate planning, probate, and elder law matters. He is licensed to practice law in South Carolina and North Carolina , and previously worked as a trade contractor in EIFS, stucco, plaster, drywall, and acoustical ceiling industries, holding a South Carolina Residential Specialty Contractors License. McCabe is a member of the South Carolina Freedom Caucus and serves on the House Agriculture, Natural Resources & Environmental Affairs, Regulations and Administrative Procedures, and Judiciary Committees. He is married to Jennifer Moore since 2000 and has five children: Betsy Grace, Scarlett, Andrew, Juliana, and Luke.
