Rusty Grills, born Russell Jackson Grills on October 1, 1981, in Newbern, Tennessee, is a Republican representing Tennessee House District 77, which covers Dyer, Lake, and Obion Counties along the Mississippi River. A ninth-generation farmer managing over 3,000 acres in row crops, he is married to Christi with two daughters and attends Lenox Baptist Church.
