Biography
Russell P. White
Russell P. White is a Republican member of the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 13, which includes the communities of Ellsworth, Fletchers Landing Township, Waltham, and Central Hancock. He has served in the legislature since December 2024, following his election in November 2024.
White is a healthcare talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and workforce development. He is a proud U.S. Air Force veteran, having served as an aerial gunner specializing in helicopters and achieving the rank of Master Sergeant . His military service included deployments to Desert Storm, Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan, where he contributed to numerous critical operations.

Political Experience
In the legislature, White serves on the Taxation Committee, which has jurisdiction over the Bureau of Revenue Services, state and local taxes, tax exemptions and credits, property valuation and assessment, and tax increment financing, among other related matters.
White is married to Ena and has two children. He is also an affiliated member of the Kebo Valley Golf Club.
