Biography
James Russell Muirhead , a Democrat representing Grafton 12 in the New Hampshire House of Representatives, is an academic, politician, and author. A native of Manchester, New Hampshire, he resides in Hanover with his wife, Toni Barry , and their two children. He assumed office on December 2, 2020, and serves on the House Election Law Committee, where he has sponsored bills on campaign finance reform, public financing of campaigns, and the single ballot primary.
