Russ Miner

Russ Miner is a Republican state representative from Montana representing House District 19. He is from Stockett, Montana, and maintains residences in both Great Falls and the Helena area. Miner has established himself as an active legislator focused on agricultural issues in the state legislature.

Political Experience

Miner previously served in the Montana House in 2023 before returning to the legislature. He currently holds the position of Vice-chair of the House Agriculture Committee, demonstrating his focus on agricultural policy and rural Montana interests.

In the 2024 election cycle, Miner successfully won his Republican primary for House District 26 with 1,447 votes, defeating Dana Darlington who received 1,293 votes. He advanced to the November general election.
