Biography
Ron Robinson is a Republican representative for Michigan's 58th District in the Michigan House of Representatives, elected in November 2024 and assuming office in January 2025. His district includes the City of Utica and parts of Sterling Heights, Warren, and Shelby Charter Township. He serves as Chairman of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Military and Veterans Affairs, Vice Chairman of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor and Economic Opportunity, and a member of the full House Appropriations Committee along with its subcommittees on State and Local Transportation and Medicaid and Behavioral Health. Notable positions include prior service on the Utica City Council until December 2024 and the Utica Police and Fire Pension Board; he is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and owns businesses in drone video production and real estate. He resides in Utica with his wife Janice and their three adult children.

- Political Experience: Elected to Michigan House District 58 . Previously served on Utica City Council. Active in American Legion Posts in Utica and Shelby Township.
