Ron Mendive

Ron Mendive is an American politician and Republican who has served as an Idaho State Representative since 2012, representing *District 5 *.

Ron Mendive was born in Elko, Nevada, and has spent the majority of his seventy-four years living in North Idaho. Throughout his career, he has worked in the mining, logging, and construction industries.

Education

Mendive graduated from Kellogg High School and attended North Idaho College.

Political Experience

As an Idaho State Representative, Mendive currently serves on three committees:

• Education Committee
• Environment, Energy, and Technology Committee
• Resources and Conservation Committee

Previously, he served on the Commerce and Human Resources Committee from 2012 to 2014. His legislative work spans over a decade of service in the Idaho House of Representatives.
