Biography

Romaine Robert Quinn is a Republican state senator representing District 25 in the Wisconsin State Senate. Born on July 30, 1990, in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, he was raised in Barron County and currently resides in the northwest Wisconsin area, including Chetek and Cameron. He is married to Racquel, whom he calls "the farmer's daughter," and they have two sons.

Education and Political Experience

Quinn attended St. Joseph Catholic School in Rice Lake and graduated from Rice Lake High School in 2009. During his senior year, he was elected to the Rice Lake City Council and later became Mayor of Rice Lake at age 19. He is an alumnus of UW-Eau Claire-Barron County and UW-Eau Claire, earning a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Leadership from UW-Green Bay in May 2014.

His political career includes serving in the Wisconsin State Assembly for District 75 from 2015 to 2021, where he held the role of Republican Caucus Vice Chair from 2016 to 2021. He was elected to the State Senate for District 25 starting in 2023.

Notable Achievements and Positions

Quinn launched his public service career young, becoming one of the youngest mayors in Wisconsin history. He previously chaired the Council on Forestry and continues to serve on legislative committees.
