Roger K. Kirby is a Democratic representative for District 101 in the South Carolina House, covering Berkeley, Florence, and Williamsburg Counties. Born on April 20, 1960, in Florence County, he resides in Lake City and works as a realtor and appraiser. He is married to Pam Horton Kirby and has three daughters: Amy Lee, Mary Katherine, and Elizabeth Ann. Kirby has served on the Labor, Commerce and Industry Committee and held leadership roles including President of the Lake City Rotary Club , President of the Pee Dee Realtor Association , and Music Minister at Lake City First Baptist Church . Notable achievements include his re-election efforts to represent the newly unified District 101.
