Biography
Robin Elaine Comey is a Democratic member of the Connecticut House of Representatives, representing District 102 . Elected in 2018 and assuming office in 2019, she serves as Assistant Majority Leader, Vice Chair of the Human Services Committee, and member of the Children and Education Committees; she was re-elected in 2024. A small business owner and former nonprofit leader , she is married with two children and resides in Branford's Short Beach section. Notable achievements include leading efforts for driver's license tests in 26 additional languages for immigrant communities, securing grants for affordable housing and behavioral health services, advocating for early childhood care funding, and improving school funding and neighborhood safety. She co-chairs the Early Childhood Caucus and was praised for pandemic constituent services.
