Robert R. Cupp is a veteran Ohio politician and jurist who has served in all three branches of government. He represented Ohio House District 82 from 2014 to 2022, including as Speaker of the Ohio House from 2020 to 2022. Previously, he served in the Ohio Senate , as Allen County Commissioner , Lima City Prosecutor , Ohio Court of Appeals judge , and Ohio Supreme Court Justice .

Notable achievements include multiple "Legislator of the Year" awards, five "Watchdog of the Treasury" awards, "Guardian of Small Business" from the National Federation of Independent Business, Ohio State Bar Association's Distinguished Service Award , and Ohio Association of Elected Officials' Robert E. Hughes Memorial Award.
