Robert Leadbeter

Robert Leadbeter is an American politician and businessman serving as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives representing the 109th Legislative District, which encompasses all of Columbia County. Elected in November 2022, he assumed office on December 1, 2022. As a husband, father, and community leader, Leadbeter has built his career around advocating for Pennsylvania families, senior citizens, and small businesses. He is particularly focused on supporting local farmers and working families while promoting policies centered on lowering taxes, encouraging economic growth, and increasing personal freedom.

Before entering public office, Leadbeter worked as a senior executive and small business owner. His professional background includes roles at major national companies, including work as a territory manager for Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits from 2012 to 2015. He subsequently joined AB InBev in 2015, where he served as a commercial director, national retail sales manager in the Northeast, and national director for draught products. This extensive business experience informs his legislative priorities focused on economic development and entrepreneurship.
