Robert "Bob" Hilkemann is a nonpartisan politician from Nebraska, born on November 23, 1947, in Norfolk, Nebraska, and raised in Randolph. A retired podiatrist, he practiced for 37 years in Omaha. He served as a Nebraska State Senator representing District 4 from 2014 to 2022. In the 1980s, he served on the Nebraska State Board of Health, including two years as chairman.
