Biography
Robert "Rob" Dover was appointed to the Nebraska Legislature on July 22, 2022, by Governor Pete Ricketts to represent District 19, succeeding Mike Flood, who resigned after being elected to the U.S. House of Representatives. Born on December 21, 1958, in Norfolk, Nebraska, Dover has been a lifelong resident of the district. He is a member of the Republican Party and has a strong background in real estate and community service.
