Robert D. Clifton was born and raised in Decatur, Illinois. He attended Millikin University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. After graduation, Robert started Clifton Consulting Group, providing consulting services for new and existing businesses. Robert serves on various community boards and committees.
