Brian Bergen is a Republican Assembly Member representing New Jersey's 26th District . He has served in the New Jersey General Assembly since 2020 and has been Republican Whip since January 2024. A combat veteran, he earned a Bronze Star and Combat Action Badge as an Apache helicopter pilot and company commander during eight years of U.S. Army service in Iraq. In business, he advanced to vice president roles across finance, operations, and entrepreneurship, and owns A&B Stainless Valve. He resides in Denville with his wife, Kristin, and children, Samantha and Justin.
