Rob Mercuri is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives representing District 28 in Allegheny County. Born in 1981 in Franklin, Venango County, Pennsylvania, he has served in the House since 2021, elected for the 2021 and 2023 terms. A U.S. Army veteran and Bronze Star Medal recipient from the Iraq War, he previously worked as an accountant, vice president and financial risk manager at PNC, and co-owner of a UPS store.

• Education: Graduated from Deer Lakes High School ; B.S. in economy from the United States Military Academy at West Point ; M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst ; banking certificate from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania .
• Political Experience: Captain in the U.S. Army ; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House for District 28 in 2020 and reelected in 2022; ran as Republican candidate for U.S. Congress in Pennsylvania's 17th District.
