Biography

Rob Hall is a Republican state representative serving Oklahoma House District 67, which includes parts of Tulsa County such as Bixby and South Tulsa. Originally from Overland Park, Kansas, he moved to Tulsa in the mid-2000s, where he has built his career and family life. Hall was elected in 2024 to succeed retiring incumbent Jeff Boatman, winning the Republican primary with about 51% of the vote against challengers Kane Smith, Bowden McElroy, and Ryan Myers. He serves in the 60th Oklahoma Legislature and lives in South Tulsa with his wife Rebekah and three children, actively involved in the community. As a conservative, Hall emphasizes self-governance, wise public infrastructure investments, government efficiency, and innovation.

Education and Political Experience

Hall earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Tulsa in 2009, achieving a 3.95 GPA; he is a National Merit Scholar with perfect ACT and near-perfect SAT scores. His professional background includes work as an electrical engineer and project manager for a Fortune 500 energy company, college pastor, public market investor, Christian minister, and owner of a test preparation company for high school students.

In the Oklahoma House, Hall holds key committee roles: Vice Chair of Government Modernization and Technology, member of Appropriations and Budget Natural Resources Subcommittee, Commerce and Economic Development Oversight, and Common Education. Notable achievements include co-authoring the Oklahoma READS Act to combat the reading crisis through early intervention, third-grade retention, and literacy coaches. In 2025, he joined U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Governor Kevin Stitt to launch the Make Oklahoma Healthy Again campaign, advocating for natural foods, probiotics, and against preservatives. He endorsed Brent VanNorman in the 2024 Tulsa mayoral race and is running for re-election in 2026.
