Representative Richard Womack
Richard Womack is a Republican representing District 90 in the Arkansas House of Representatives, covering portions of Hot Spring, Clark, and Garland Counties. He is a contractor from Arkadelphia, father of seven children, and a Southern Baptist.
Rep. Richard Womack owns and operates a paint and construction firm in Arkadelphia, where he resides with his family. Born in 1974 and originally from Benton, he has served eight terms in the Arkansas House since 2013, currently in his seventh term during the 95th General Assembly . Notable positions include House Vice Chair of the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee , Co-Chair of the Joint Budget Committee-Claims, and service on the Public Health, Welfare, and Labor Committee and State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committee. He also holds ex officio roles on the Arkansas Legislative Council and Joint Budget Committee.
