Richard R. Brown is a Republican member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Carroll 8. He previously served Carroll 3 from 2022 to 2024 and was re-elected in 2024. A resident of Moultonborough, NH, Brown has a background in construction engineering, including roles as a construction engineer at Seabrook Station, project engineer and construction manager at UPS for 26 years, and service in the U.S. Army.
