Richard W. "Ric" Metzgar is a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 6 since 2015, first elected in 2014. Born on November 28, 1953, in Essex, Maryland, he has served on the Appropriations Committee, including the Oversight Committee on Personnel and previously on Health and Government Operations .
