Rhodesia Ransom is a Democrat representing California's 13th Assembly District, which includes Stockton, Tracy, Mountain House, and surrounding areas in San Joaquin County. Elected in 2024 with 56.9% of the vote, she serves as a fierce advocate for social justice, equitable education, economic empowerment, and reducing homelessness. A mother of three residing in Tracy with her husband, she has over two decades of public service experience, including as a former Tracy City Councilmember, planning commissioner, and district chief of staff for U.S. Rep.
