ABOUT
Regina Ashford Barrow is a Democratic member of the Texas State House of Representatives, representing District 104. She grew up in a military family and attended public schools. She majored in psychology at Spelman College. Barrow is the owner and operator of Tax Masters Income Tax Preparation. She has served as deputy tax receiver and President of the NAACP in DeKalb County. Barrow is a licensed real estate professional and financial planner. She has worked as a teacher, basketball coach, camp director, and as a tax consultant.read less
