Biography
Preston Stinson is a Republican businessman and politician serving as the representative for Oklahoma House District 96 since 2021. He succeeded Lewis Moore and was selected in August 2020, motivated by his financial expertise to aid Oklahoma's recovery from COVID-19's economic impact. Notable achievements include sponsoring *House Bill 3644 *, which passed the House to improve blood clot awareness, training, and a statewide VTE registry; eliminating the state grocery tax; lowering income taxes; supporting border security and school funding; and advocating pro-life and Second Amendment positions. He serves as Chair of A&B Health and Appropriations and Budget committees, and was Assistant Republican Whip .
