Biography
Phillip D. Lowe is a Republican member of the South Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 60 since 2007. A physical therapist and developer, he is the son of Don and Naoma Lowe, has three children, and is active in community organizations including the American Physical Therapy Association, South Carolina APTA , Ducks Unlimited, NRA, Florence Board of Realtors, Farm Bureau, and Ebenezer Baptist Church. Notable achievements include serving as Board member and Chairman of the Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries Division for the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources , Founding Board Member of Florence National Bank, Founding President of Flyway Foundation, and coaching Dixie Youth baseball.
