Phil Mallow is a Republican member of the West Virginia House of Delegates representing District 75 . Born on July 6, 1957, in Cumberland, Maryland, he is a retired UPS manager. He is married to Pamela Raye and has two sons, Philip Wayne Jr. and Richard Matthew. His parents are Richard and Mary Yvonne Mallow. He is Baptist.

Education and Political Experience

• Education: Degree in quality control technology from Allegany College of Maryland .
• Political Experience: First elected to the House in 2020 for the 50th district after unsuccessful runs in 2014, 2016, and 2018. Redistricted to the 75th district in 2022, where he won reelection. Republican nominee in 2024.
