Perry Warren is a Democratic state representative for Pennsylvania House District 31, which includes Lower Makefield Township, Morrisville, Newtown Borough, Newtown Township, Upper Makefield Township, and Yardley Borough. First elected in 2016 and re-elected in 2018, 2020, and 2022, he has served continuously since 2017. A community leader, attorney, business owner, and former public school teacher, Warren lives in Newtown with his wife Liz, a registered nurse, and their five children. Notable achievements include authoring Act 18 of 2020, ending child marriage in Pennsylvania and enabling remote marriage licenses during COVID-19, and Act 21 of 2020, allowing takeout beverages from licensed restaurants and hotels while clarifying municipal liquor referendums. He currently serves on the Insurance, Judiciary, Commerce, Transportation, and Government Oversight committees.
