Biography
Representative Paul Tittl
Paul Tittl is a Republican representing Wisconsin's 25th Assembly District. He resides in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, where he and his wife own a small business called Vacuum & Sewing Center. Paul is married with two children and three grandchildren.
Tittl is known for advocating pro-life policies, smaller and more responsible government, fiscal conservatism, and second amendment rights. He is deeply involved in his community and has built a career focused on public service at both local and state levels.
Education and Early Life
Paul graduated from Lincoln High School in Manitowoc in 1980.
Political Experience
Local Government
Before entering the Wisconsin State Legislature, Tittl served extensively in local government:
- Manitowoc City Council , including a term as City Council President
- Manitowoc County Board of Supervisors , serving as Chairman
Wisconsin State Legislature
Tittl was elected to the Wisconsin Assembly in 2012 and currently serves in the state legislature.

- Chair of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Prevention — where he works to improve mental health care, expand access, and decrease stigma

- Member of the Speaker's Task Force on Government Efficiency and Modernization
Community Involvement
Beyond government service, Tittl has participated in various community organizations, including the National Rifle Association, Eagles Manitowoc, the Manitowoc County Home Builders Association, and the Wisconsin Utility Tax Association.
