Paul V. Milde III is a Republican delegate representing Virginia's 64th House District since January 2024. Born in 1967 in Arlington, Virginia, he is a lifelong entrepreneur and president/owner of CIP Finishes, a Stafford County-based construction firm he founded in 1986 that has installed finishing hardware in over 100,000 residences in the greater Washington, D.C., area and expanded to Florida. He lives in Stafford with his wife, Irina, and has three children: Travis, Bailey, and Olivia. Milde previously served 12 years as the Aquia District representative on the Stafford County Board of Supervisors. Notable achievements include his work on transportation funding, preserving Stafford's natural resources, addressing data center growth, and revitalizing areas like Aquia Town Center; he currently serves on the House Privileges and Elections and Transportation Committees, as well as the Rappahannock River Basin Commission. He is affiliated with the Rotary, Lions Club, Izaak Walton League, and NRA, and is Methodist.
