Biography

Paul Harris is a Republican representing Washington's 17th Legislative District in the state legislature. He has served as a Washington State Representative for District 17 Position 2 since 2010 and was elected to the State Senate for District 17 starting in 2025. A long-time resident of the district for over 45 years, he is married to Lori , with five children and nine grandchildren. He is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and active in community organizations like Rotary Club, Boy Scouts of America , Columbia River Mental Health, Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council, and Brigham Young University Alumni Association Scholarship Foundation.
