Paul A. Cutler is a Republican representative for Utah House District 18, which includes parts of Bountiful, most of Farmington and Centerville, and a portion of West Kaysville in Davis County. Born on November 14, 1972, in London, England, he resides in Centerville, Utah, and is married to Sherry. He serves as Vice Chair of the House Economic Development and Workforce Services Committee, and is a member of the House Political Subdivisions Committee and House Government Operations Committee.
