Paul Berch is a Democratic state representative serving Cheshire District 6 in the New Hampshire House of Representatives since 2024. A retired public service attorney from Westmoreland, New Hampshire, he is married with two children. He previously represented Cheshire District 1 from 2012 to 2022, winning re-elections in 2014, 2016, 2018, and 2020, but lost the 2022 Democratic primary for Cheshire District 15. Notable achievements include serving as a former Acting Judge, President of the Windham County Bar Association, and Board Member and Co-Chairman of the Legal Panel for the Vermont ACLU.
