Biography
Patrick J. Carroll is a Democratic Assembly Member representing District 96 in the New York State Assembly, which covers parts of Rockland County. Elected in November 2024, he succeeded retiring Democratic Assembly Member Kenneth Zebrowski and took office in 2025. A practicing attorney since 2008, admitted in New York, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, Carroll previously served as legal counsel to the Rhode Island Department of Corrections and the Rhode Island State Senate Labor Committee. Before his Assembly role, he was a member of the Clarkstown Town Council from 2017 to 2024. He resides in Bardonia, New York, with his wife Natalie and their four daughters: Madelyn, Lily, Paige, and Hailey. Notable community efforts include coaching CYO basketball, supporting Hudson Valley Special Olympics, and participating in Keep Rockland Beautiful.
