Biography
Parnell William Terry is a Democratic member of the Maine House of Representatives, representing House District 108 . Elected in November 2024, he began his first term in the 132nd Legislature in December 2024 and serves on the Inland Fisheries and Wildlife Committee and the Veterans and Legal Affairs Committee. Notable affiliations include co-chair of the Maine Irish Heritage Center and vice president of the Irish American Club of Maine. He is passionate about economic accessibility for working families, environmental protection, green energy, education, veterans' support, and sustainable fisheries and wildlife. Married to Maureen with three daughters, he works as a facilities maintenance technician and previously as a fisherman and lobsterman. Grew up on a farm in rural Waldo County; place of birth is Fort Riley, Kansas.
