Pamela Carter is a Republican member of the Arizona House of Representatives, representing District 4. Born in 1949 or 1950 in Arcadia, Arizona, she is a fourth-generation Arizonan, small business owner, widow, and reformer focused on improving state government, jobs, schools, and quality of life. Elected in 2024, she serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Creative Genius Media.
