Pam Lanman Guzzone is a Democratic delegate representing District 13 in Howard County, Maryland. Elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in November 2022, she has served since January 11, 2023. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, on January 4, 1963, she has lived in Howard County for over 30 years and raised three children who attended local public schools.

Notable achievements include serving as Chair of the Health Facilities Subcommittee, and as a member of the Insurance and Pharmaceuticals Subcommittees of the Health Committee , as well as the Women Legislators of Maryland . She is also on the Workgroup on Establishing a Science and Technology Best Practices and Innovation Network , State Council on Cancer Control , and was President of the Arc of Howard County Board of Directors .
